For an international B2B organization, we integrated the input from website forms with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and then also with the email program Spotler 📤 (this could have also been done with tools like Mailchimp). In this way, both the CRM system and Spotler were up-to-date with the most current leads. In Microsoft Dynamics 365, leads were followed up by the sales team, while in Spotler, leads entered into an automated campaign flow.

By implementing this, we were able to develop 1-on-1 communication flows, both from the sales perspective and in terms of email communication. From acquiring double opt-ins to sending welcome emails and monthly newsletters, the process resulted in the organization’s growth in following up on international leads and converting leads into customers, while also maintaining long-term engagement with the organization 🙌🏼
