We are a Creative Digital Marketing Agency, specializing in campaigns, content, data, automation and websites. We work for clients in fashion, hospitality, sports, events and travel. From smart strategy to creative execution. We help businesses become visible and easy to find online. 

In simple terms, you will be working on

As a Commercial Back office / Sales admin, you are the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in the growth of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Following up on warm and cold leads 
  • Scheduling sales meetings for the marketing team 
  • Creating and sending quotes (using Gripp) 
  • Managing the CRM and reporting progress 
  • Reaching out actively via email, LinkedIn, and your network 
  • Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients 
  • Thinking along about ways to improve our commercial offer 

 

Who are you?

You are curious, full of energy and you like structure. You know how to connect with people, think fast and listen well. Experience in sales is a plus, but for us, motivation and taking ownership are more important.  

You have

  • A bachelor degree level 
  • Experience in sales, customer contact, or marketing (internships also count) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • A proactive attitude and a commercial mindset 
  • Interest in digital marketing (knowledge is a plus)

What do we expect from you in the first 3 months?

You’ll get the chance to earn back your investment quickly. In your first three months, you will work towards: 

 

  • At least 4 new clients (project or retainer) 
  • A total deal value of over €14,000 or €45,000 in contract value 
  • 25–30 high-quality leads in the pipeline 
  • 15–20% quote-to-sale conversion rate 

 

Together, we’ll build a solid approach that strengthens the commercial foundation of SUP digital.
