Consistent Social Media Strategy

With monthly visits to their roastery, we create engaging content aligned with Lucifer’s branding. The social media strategy includes a mix of videos and campaign images that tap into current trends. By developing a clear social media calendar, we ensure that Lucifer remains visible on the right channels every week, supported by campaigns focused on driving conversions.

Challenge

Filter, beans, pods, press—there are countless ways to brew and enjoy coffee, and the quality can vary significantly. Additionally, finding “fair” coffee remains a challenge, as not all farmers are fairly compensated for their coffee. Our shared mission is to provide all of the Netherlands with fair and delicious coffee in the form of subscriptions.


Objective: Achieve weekly consistent visibility on social media with supporting paid campaigns delivering a minimum ROAS of 2.5.

Solution

Through Google ads and Meta campaigns, we’ve promoted and delivered fair coffee sample packages and subscriptions for Lucifer. These campaigns are focused on driving sales. Since a subscription has a different value than a single bag of coffee, we developed a custom KPI dashboard to provide clear insights into the overall ROAS.


In addition to the conversion campaigns, we support Lucifer as a social media marketing agency in building their online presence. Each month, we develop a detailed social media content calendar aligned with the Lucifer brand and current trends. Using this calendar, we create engaging content focusing on video content to nurture their community and attract new followers. As a social media marketing company, we ensure consistent brand experiences and audience engagement.


To visually tell Lucifer’s story, we organize monthly shoots at their roastery or bars in downtown Eindhoven. This ensures we have sufficient content each month for social media, campaigns and their website.
