We are currently looking for a motivated Commercial Employee to strengthen our team and support our business development efforts.
As a Commercial Employee, you are the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in the growth of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:
Managing incoming leads and identifying opportunities with new and existing clients.
Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals.
Supporting the sales team with market research and campaign reporting.
Assisting in the coordination of client onboarding and communication processes.
You are curious, energetic, and love structure. You know how to connect with people, switch gears quickly, and are a good listener. Commercial experience is a plus, but motivation and a sense of ownership are even more important to us.
You are proactive, customer-focused, and commercially minded.
You possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
You are organized, accurate, and take ownership of your tasks.
Affinity with digital marketing is a plus, but not a must.

At SUP digital, we believe in impact from day one. In your first quarter, you will actively contribute to the commercial growth of the agency by achieving the following targets:
Acquisition of at least 4 new clients, either project-based or on retainer.
Realization of €14,000+ in project value or €45,000+ in contract value.
Development of a pipeline with 25–30 qualified leads.
Achieving a 15–20% conversion rate from proposal to signed client.
Together, we will define a clear commercial framework that strengthens the foundation of SUP digital and accelerates sustainable growth.
