SUP digital developed a targeted strategy based on online recruitment ads via Meta ads. The campaign used a combination of traffic and lead campaigns. Traffic campaigns directed potential candidates to specific landing pages for the open positions, while lead campaigns offered an easy way for candidates to submit their details directly through a Meta form without leaving the app.
To ensure real-time follow-up on leads, we implemented a Zapier integration. This allowed Power 4 You to receive instant notifications whenever candidates submitted their information via the lead forms. They could then contact interested candidates within 12 hours, leading to faster and more efficient follow-ups.
Additionally, we conducted multiple A/B tests to identify the best-performing strategies.
